09.00 - 13.00 and 14.00 - 16.00 (or by appointment)
In the case of theft or loss of passport or eID, you might need a temporary passport. In order to help you as effectively as possible, we kindly to ask you to obtain all the documents listed in the section Loss or theft of identity documents and to send to the embassy (zagreb@diplobel.fed.be), and to the competent honorary consul, if applicable, your personal details and all required information.
Emergency Number
Outside opening hours and only in cases of extreme emergency (death, accident, disappearance, ...) or disaster (earthquake, flooding, ...) an emergency telephone service is available to Belgian citizens.
This service is not intended for non-urgent administrative and consular questions and we will be happy to deal with any queries during normal office hours.
