  • The doctor approved by the Belgian Embassy is

    But you can also choose any other doctor. In that case this doctor has to certify his signature in a statement. 
     

  • 180 Euro as handling fee for the visa and 15 Euro for the legalization of the medical certificate. The Embassy accepts payments by bank card or cash.
